Let′s come to Part 3
Have Smartphones Destroyed a Generation
Although the iGen life spends far more time under the same roof as their parents.
But today’s teens can hardly be said to be closer to their mothers and fathers than their predecessors were.
They prefer to chat on their phones than real people. They’ve all been replaced by virtual spaces accessed through apps and the web.
According figures, teens who spend more time than average on screen activities are more likely to be unhappy, and those who spend more time than average on nonscreen activities are more likely to be happy!
The conclusion is that all screen activities are linked to less happiness, and all nonscreen activities are linked to more happiness.
- How much time do you play with your smartphone?
- Staring at the screen will be unhappy?
- Maybe there is a little unfulfilled sensation!
- More exercise and conversation is what we need!
